Returns
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@demilealondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the hygiene seal is completely intact and the garment is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging with tags attached.
Please ensure you try on all swimwear over underwear.
Please note:
1. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed or tampered with
2. Customers are responsible for return postage costs
3. Customers have 14 days from receiving an order to notify us of their wish to return
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
